My Order Hasn't Arrived
Please be aware that our Estimated Delivery Dates are approximations, and cannot be guaranteed. The Estimated Delivery Dates provided may change as a result of many different factors, and we do our best to ensure the most accurate possible estimates and access to other order tracking resources.
Orders that are shipped via a trackable method (such as FedEx) will have tracking information available in My Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
- If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it there is a chance the carrier may have left it somewhere they deemed safe. Check with your neighbors or family members to see if they possibly received it in your stead.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
